He has sector-wide experience and technical competencies in Project Management; Maternal, Newborn and Child Health; Sexual Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS Management. Experienced in project start-ups, study monitoring, qualitative, and quantitative data collection. Also, proficient in strategic planning, MS 365, SPSS, STATA, R, ODK, RedCap.

Paul holds an MSc in Statistics and Data Science and BSc in Mathematical Sciences with Information Technology. He has sector-wide experience in both medical research and academic contexts. Paul has co-authored more than 20 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals. Passionate about data science, Paul is highly skilled in R, Stata, SAS, Python, RedCap, SQL, Arango database, ODK, and CDISC.
